If you want to order PPE there are three (3) rules
1. You will not be able to do an order if you do not register on our website.
Please go to Register on this page. You will be considered a User and not allowed in any sections that only clients can access. This does not include the Covid-19 Newsletters and Emergency Updates.
2. Rules For PPE Ordered From Our Website:
Due to the large volume of orders, the office must have some flexibility in their order from our National Medical Supply Company.
In order to be as flexible on the orders as we can, and to give us the fastest response time to have PPE delivered to us so our National Supplier can perform their Miracles, there are going to be some minor changes in the description.
The PPE (Gloves, Masks, Disposables): The processed and shipped PPE will be of the same size, type, and price. They will be allowed to change color and manufacture as long as it’s within code for OSHA, CDC and the ADA. Masks must be P95 and NIOSH approved. However, if the price is a little higher, MSDS will cover the cost as the PPE is more important that a few cents on our side. If the cost is past what we can bare, then we will let our clients know. If your office does not accept the flexibility and you have already ordered, MSDS will gladly refund your money, no questions asked. You must do this before we ship. This will be placed on the website and on each of our Newsletters going forward.
3. Rules for Mandatory Office Address:
It has come to our attention at MSDS, since some of our Healthcare Dentists aren’t going to work at all, they have inadvertently given us their home address as their ship to. This is a National Medical Supply Company. They NEVER ship to your home.
If you have sent in your order with your home address – it is not going to be given a “ship to” authorization. We are receiving hundreds of orders and will try to get your address verified, but you are holding up your order if you sent in your home address. Even though I only allow dentists to order, the National Supply Company will verify it’s your office location and we are going to play by their rules. Please don’t send any comments about this – we are time-managed to the second.
Please help us help you and your order, and make sure the Ship to is your office Address. If you have made a mistake and you added your home address, then follow the corrections below.
