This instruction sets forth guidelines for establishing and implementing an OSHA respirator program. The purpose of the respirator program is to ensure that all employees are protected from exposure to respiratory hazards.
A confidential medical clearance questionnaire is required, along with an Occupational Health Physician Evaluation. Not only is all of this required, but MSDS also has to hold the questionnaires for 30 years past the employees’ last day. The price does include the physician emailing or speaking to the staff if any follow-up questions are needed before they are Fit Tested or wearing the respirator. All of this is included in the price.
